Our members participate in a number of photography shows and events as individuals. The information about individual achievements is updated frequently. Please e-mail your news to the web master.
How to prepare the image: resize it for Web, making the image 240-260 pixels tall, with 72 dpi resolution. Please write the name of the picture followed by your name in the bottom, on the added canvas sized 16 pixels. The font is Arial Narrow Italic, size 12, black color.

Igor Svibilsky, Soho Photo Gallery. 5th Annual Juried Alternative processes Competition Exhibition, November 2009. There were hundreds of photographs submitted. The juror Robert A. Schaefer, Jr. had a difficult time narrowing the show down to 50. Opening Reception on Tuesday, November 3rd from 6 to 8pm. The exhibit will run through Saturday, November 28th, 2009. Igor Svibilsky's contribution to a book: "A Tribute to New Jersey Veterans". The picture that has been selected is a photograph of Hessian re-enactors attacking at a re-enactment of the Battle of Monmouth, taken in 2008.

One of our past presidents Jessica Stearns won Best in Show for her entire series. To quote the judge Thomas Roma, "I selected Jessica Stearns' outstanding suite of clouds for particular mention. Considering the lack of "subject matter" - as we think of it - in the work, these pieces truly demonstrate a maximum use of photography in its purest form."
Jessica Stearns - three pictures accepted, Awarded Best in Show for the series "Through The Storm 1,2 and 3", all purchased by the Mercer County Cultural & Heritage Commission for their Permanent Collection.
